Report on Audience Research Conducted in Indonesia

This research was undertaken by the Media Research Institute (MRI) in May and June 2008. Interviewers were recruited and trained on two islands (Sulawesi and Kalimantan), and some of the interviews in one of the languages of interest (Makassar) also occurred on the island of Selayar. Bugis and Makassar are languages broadcast by FEBC/YASKI using short-wave signals.
